Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
Dry:
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Wet:
8 Tbsp melted butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Steps:
Set oven at 350F degrees
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk wet ingredients in a small bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry bowl. Mix in chocolate chips.
Roll dough into small balls, press each cookie on the top to flatten to cookie shape
Bake for 15min until golden brown at the edges
Cool for 10 min
