Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Skillet

Ingredients:
1 cup of mashed banana (about 2 ripe bananas)
⅓ cup liquid coconut oil
⅓ cup almond butter
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 cups almond flour
½ cup dark chocolate chips
½ teaspoon flaky sea salt, to sprinkle on top (optional)
Steps:
Preheat oven to 350F degrees and grease your 12” cast-iron skillet with coconut oil
Add mashed banana, coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla extract together in a medium bowl and mix well
Add in almond flour, baking powder and mix again
Fold in dark chocolate chips and add to skillet
Sprinkle sea salt on top and bake in oven for 20 minutes
