Beef Burger
Recipe taken from Kaylee Cooks
Ingredients:
2lb Ground beef (fattier the better, so it’s juicier)
1.5 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
American cheese (optional)
1 Red onion (optional)
Serve with hamburger buns, red onion and ketchup
Steps:
Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper (don’t overmix!)
Gently form mixture into 8 patties
Heat grill to high (500F degrees) and cook patties for 3-5 minutes per side
Optional: Slice red onion and grill on high alongside patties
Place cheese on top of each patty for last minute of grilling
Serve with hamburger buns, red onion and ketchup
